5 Minute Break Timer
A five minute break is the standard rest period between Pomodoro focus blocks — long enough to stretch, refill water, or look away from the screen, short enough to keep momentum going into the next sprint. Start it right after your 25 minute session ends and the alarm will call you back to work.
