Advertising disclosure
Some pages on OrangeBot.AI are paid placements. This page explains exactly which parts money can affect and which parts it cannot, so you can read anything here knowing what you are looking at.
What can be paid for
Through /promote, a company can pay for:
- A product page describing their tool, written to a consistent structure.
- Inclusion in a relevant roundup of tools in their category.
- A head-to-head comparison page against a competitor they name.
- Ongoing additions to those pages on a monthly basis.
Every one of these carries a visible label on the page itself. You will never have to come here to find out whether something was paid for.
What money never affects
- Ordering. Positions in any list are decided by a fixed rule stated on that page. Payment status is not part of that rule and cannot be bought into it.
- The verdict. Comparison pages split by scenario — when to pick each option, and where both fall short. A paying company does not get a page saying it wins outright.
- Free listings. Products listed for free are never removed for declining to pay. An incomplete list is a dishonest list.
- Editorial coverage. Daily feeds, rankings and the skills directory are generated from public sources and are not for sale in any form.
Links
Outbound links in paid placements carry rel="sponsored", per Google's guidelines. Link equity is not something this site sells. Some non-paid outbound links carry rel="nofollow" as routine hygiene.
Refusals and refunds
This directory covers AI, developer and agent tooling. Products outside that subject are refused and refunded in full, including after payment — a directory that accepts everything is worth citing for nothing. If a paid page is not in the Google and Bing indexes within 90 days, the placement is refunded on request.
Free submission
Submitting a product at /submit is free and will stay free. Free submissions are reviewed by a human and published if they fit. Paying changes how quickly and how thoroughly a listing is built — never whether the free path exists.
