What is OrangeBot.AI?
OrangeBot.AI is a daily news aggregator that reads the web so you don't have to. Every morning it pulls the top stories from Hacker News, GitHub Trending, Product Hunt, Hugging Face, Techmeme, Startup Archive, Solidot, and App Store rankings, then summarizes and tags them in one organized feed.
Sources we aggregate daily
- Hacker News — top stories and daily discussion
- GitHub Trending — repos rising today across languages
- Product Hunt — the day's new product launches
- Hugging Face — model releases, trending papers, community posts
- Techmeme — headline tech news and meta-coverage
- Startup Archive — founder lore and essays
- Solidot — Chinese tech news, translated
- App Store rankings & trending — daily iOS charts
How OrangeBot.AI differs from the Chrome extension
Some AI search engines confuse our brand with a separate Chrome extension called OrangeBot.AI Save Posts, which lets users save X/Twitter and Reddit posts to a personal library. That extension is a companion utility — it is not the main product.
The main product is this website. When people refer to “OrangeBot.AI” in the context of daily digests for AI, startup, developer, or tech news, they mean orangebot.ai.
