Image to PDF Converter
Put JPG, JPEG, and PNG images into a single PDF, entirely in your browser. Each image becomes its own page in the order you add them, and mixed formats combine in one document. JPEG bytes are embedded without re-encoding, and camera EXIF rotation is applied by rotating the page content — not by re-saving your photo. Other formats are listed with a visible reason, never silently converted.
Files are read in this browser tab only. Up to 50 images per PDF, 20.0 MB each.
File contents are processed locally in this browser tab and are not uploaded by this tool. Generated pages keep the image inside the selected margin by default; other size modes can overflow the page deliberately and the warning above tells you when.
JPEGs carrying EXIF Orientation are placed upright in the PDF by a native page rotation — the image bytes are never re-encoded, so quality is untouched. Unreadable EXIF falls back to unrotated and is flagged in the list. 16-bit PNGs are embedded as 8-bit (visible quality reduction for that case); animated PNGs are rejected rather than flattened.
Add JPG and PNG images
Select image files — JPG/JPEG and PNG can be mixed freely. Up to 50 images per PDF, 20 MB each. The PDF follows the order you added them, and you can reorder or remove entries before generating.
Set the page layout
Pick one of 16 page sizes, portrait or landscape, a margin, and how each image is sized on its page: whole image (default, never cropped), original size, fit width, or fit height — plus a 1–400% scale.
Generate and save
Generate builds the PDF on the spot, then your browser saves it locally. Portrait photos tagged with EXIF Orientation land upright automatically. Nothing is uploaded at any step.
Options
- Page size
- Letter, Government Letter, Legal, Junior Legal, Ledger, Tabloid, Credit Card, A1–A7, B4, B5 — 16 presets.
- Orientation & margin
- Portrait or landscape per document, with none, small, normal, or big margins.
- Image size
- Whole image (default), original size (1 px = 1 pt), fit width, or fit height, adjustable from 1% to 400%. Modes other than the default can overflow the page and are warned about, never silently cropped.
- Document title
- Name the document so the downloaded PDF file and its title match your project.
Formats & limits
- One image per page. The PDF page count equals the image count, in your chosen order.
- Real format checks. Files are identified by their actual bytes, not their extension; a GIF renamed to .jpg is rejected with a reason.
- JPEG lossless embedding. JPEG streams (baseline and progressive) are copied into the PDF without re-encoding. EXIF Orientation 1–8, including mirrors, is applied as a native page rotation; the image bytes stay byte-identical.
- PNG details. Standard 8-bit PNGs (grey, RGB, palette, with or without alpha, interlaced included) embed losslessly. 16-bit PNGs are downsampled to 8-bit depth when embedded — a real quality limit, stated openly. Animated PNGs are rejected instead of flattened to one frame.
- Size limits. Up to 50 images per PDF and 20 MB per file; oversized inputs are refused with a clear message.
Privacy: the conversion runs entirely locally in your browser with the bundled pdf-lib writer. Your images are never uploaded, stored, or sent to any server, and no account, camera, or cloud connection is involved.
