What is Checksum AI?

Checksum is a continuous quality platform that runs alongside CI/CD, generating, healing and validating tests automatically. It writes production-ready Playwright tests and, when the application changes, its agent heals the tests that broke — so the suite keeps pace with a codebase that is now partly written by coding agents. It is positioned explicitly as a background agent rather than a copilot: you hand it a task at the scale of 20 or 200 tests and it works independently instead of trading prompts with you. Tests are delivered into your own repository as standard Playwright via a normal pull request.
